Frequently Asked Questions
What is the refund policy?
All retainers and payments are non-refundable because your selected date is removed from availability and may require Space 65 Cleveland to decline other booking requests. One reschedule may be considered with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability and the signed rental agreement.
Can I bring my own food and decorations?
Outside food and décor may be allowed based on your rental agreement. All decorations must be safely installed and removed within your booked time.
What is included with the venue?
Available amenities include tables and chairs, free parking, WiFi, stage access, and optional sound and lighting features depending on the selected package.
How do I secure my date?
Your date is secured after the required agreement is signed and the required payment is received.
